ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm JM Locsin, but you might also know me on the internet as Miss Retsuko!
I am a self-taught artist and 12th grade student currently pursuing Multimedia Arts at CIIT Senior High School, hoping to eventually switch to BSEMC (Game Dev) when I begin my college years.I mostly like drawing original characters, and especially enjoy character design and writing, be it stories or worldbuilding. Right now, I'm working to improve my programming and 3D modeling skills, especially in the area of game development! Outside my usual field, I'm also a huge fan of fighting games, mostly the game Guilty Gear. I create a lot of different kinds of content on YouTube! Voice dubs, memes, compilations, game replays, and many other types of content make up the majority of my stuff. In light of this, I also participate in and occasionally organize a number of regional and worldwide fighting game competitions. At the moment, I'm also considering a career in E-sports commentary and photography.As of recently, I am currently working on "Entangled In A Mirage", a visual novel game starring Retsuko Escarlate, my OC! I'm in charge of everything related to the visuals, and I hope to gain enough knowledge in game development to hopefully make this project come to life.

Terms & Conditions
✦ I am an autistic student with a habit of being forgetful and being easily prone to burnout, depending on my workload. So please keep that in mind and be patient if a commission is taking weeks to finish.
✦ I have every right to decline a commission I find difficult or uncomfortable.
✦ Please send references! They're highly needed.
✦ All commissions done are preferably for personal use only, and by personal use I mean it can be used as a profile pic, banner, etc.
✦ If the said commission will be for promotional use, there will an additional charge of ₱250/$5.
✦ I retain all rights to all my works. Reposts are completely fine as long as I am credited properly. However, any form of stealing such as tracing, using my art to train AI, and selling it online will absolutely not be tolerated.

Payment
✦ Full payment upfront only in USD for international clients, or PHP for Filipino clients.
✦ You are eligible for a refund if the commission remains unfinished without prior notice as soon as 1 month (30 days) passes after the payment date.

✦ You are allowed to see sketches of your commission, but refrain from posting them publicly without my consent.
